Spring Leap 99 was a Quantum Leap
convention, which was held in the UK in 1999.
I was lucky enough to be able to attend Spring Leap 99 - it was
the first QL convention I'd been to and I had a great time there.
Here are some pictures which I took there, and my brief account
of events there. Below are links to much more in-depth reports.

On the Friday night, after registration, was a Christmas at QL themed disco, set in the Ochestra Pit/bar in the Old Hall.
Saturday morning featured the first half of the Netforce mini-series (starring Scott Bakula). In the afternoon was the Video Quiz, hosted by Ian Collier, which I took part in (although I was on the losing team...). :)

After that were the autograph sessions, with John D'Aquino (Jimmy, Deliver Us From Evil, Mirror Image) and Colin Baker (Dr Who), followed by several films being shown.
The Sunday began with the second part of the Netforce mini series, followed by an interesting talk on 'The Holographic Univers' by Phillipa. After lunch was the charity auction, and then Q&A sessions with Colin Baker.
This was taken in Buxton Opera House. Ziggy's control console
can be seen to the right of the picture.
A VIDEO of the convention is available for
£20 (pounds sterling) in PAL. There will be an extra charge for
NTSC copies. Please contact Penny for details.
