Here is a list of my programs which are available on the internet for free:
QLWinSig - this is a Windows program which performs the essentially the same function as QLSigMan, but better! V1.6 is the most recent version and allows random quotes to be displayed or written to a file on startup if required. It comes with full uninstall capability.
QLSigMan - a program to enable you to have random quotes from the sci-fi TV series Quantum Leap inserted into your sig file. Runs in DOS - QLWinSig listed above is runs in Windows and even works with progs without sig files.
Do2HTML - a very simple program to convert text files into recognisable HTML files and title them.
