UK Region 2 DVDs

Seasons 1 to 4 are now available in the UK, below are links to the items at amazon.co.uk.

The US DVDs had some of the music in seasons 2, 3 and 4 replaced due to copyright issue but the UK seasons 2 and 3 had the music intact. Both versions of season 4, have the music replaced though. :(

There are six videos available in the UK and can still be found if you look hard enough:

The A-Z Of Quantum Leap, by Julie Barrett. Published by BOXTREE. I believe this is still being distributed in the UK

The Quantum Leap Book, by Louis Chunovic. There are two versions - the newer edition has details of all episodes, the first didn't contain the final series. Priced 17.95 dollars in the US.

The Making Of Quantum Leap, by Hal Schuster. Another excellent book with a lot of interesting information and a description of each episode. Priced 5.50 dollars. There's supposedly a UK version but I've never seen it.

Making A Quantum Leap, by Scott Nance. Rare - not available in the UK and hard to find anywhere.

Imported versions of these books can be found in some places.

'Music From The Television Series Quantum Leap' is available in the UK - I got mine from Virgin Megastore but any large music shop should have it. Available online from Amazon.co.uk (see link above). It has the original theme, several songs that Scott Bakula sung (including Somewhere In The Night and Fates Wide Wheel), other music from the series and a conversation with Scott Bakula. GNP Crescendo Records GNPD 8036.

Photos:

QL pictures can be found in the UK from S & P Parkers Movie Market, South Western Business Park, Sherborne, Dorset DT9 3RH, ENGLAND. They have over 25 QL pictures, and a few each of Dean Stockwell and Scott Bakula separately. If you send them 3 UK pounds (price may have increased), they will send a large colour catalogue. They do accept overseas orders, but payment must be in British pounds. The pictures are good quality and I found delivery time to be quite good.
