The Leap Home:25th November, 1969

Sam is finally home, Elk Ridge, Indiana - at least it was home in 1969. He leaped into himself at the age of 16. He doesn't want to leave but he has to win a basketball game to leap.

RATING:7/10 - Some powerful performances from Sam & Al


Leap Home 2:Vietnam:7th April, 1970

He leaps straight from the basketball game to Vietnam, in Tom's SEAL unit the day before he dies. He can save Tom, but not without cost.

RATING:8.5/10 - The first episode I saw. A touching ending


Leap Of Faith:19th August, 1963

Sam is a priest and he has to stop a fellow priest from getting killed because he claimed to have witnessed a murder. Sam also helps him to regain his faith. There's a touching performance from Al in this episode.

RATING:7/10 - A passionate performance by Al when Sam gets knocked out


One Strobe Over The Line:15th June, 1965

Sam is a fashion photographer and has to help a young model who's hooked on drugs.

RATING:7/10 - Al has a great time on this leap!


The B--gieman:31st October, 1964

Sky One airdate:22/07/96

A great story to this episode. Sam leaps into a horror novelest on haloween and *very* strange things happen in this leap. Sam can only watch as people are dying around him and it comes to a strange climax.

RATING:8/10 - An episode in which you are left to wonder...


Miss Deep South:7th June, 1958

Sam is a beauty contestant.

RATING:6/10 - More a kind of statement episode really


Black And White On Fire:11th August, 1965

Sam is a black man in love with a white woman. It also happens to be the middle of the Watts Riots...

RATING:7/10 - Realistic riot scenes, but a shallow story


The Great Spontini:9th November, 1974

Sky One airdate:25/07/96

Sam is 'The Great Spontini' and leaps in inside a box having knives pushed towards him! He has to reunite the family.

RATING:8/10 - Al kills a handlink, really funny


Rebel Without A Clue:1st September, 1958

Sky One airdate:26/07/96

Sam is in a motorcycle gang and has to stop a woman from being killed by one of the other members.

RATING:7/10 - Reasonable


A Little Miracle:24th December, 1962

Sky One airdate:29/07/96

Sam and Al get to play Scrooge on a grumpy, tight millionare.

RATING:8.5/10 - I love the ending


Runaway:4th July, 1964

Sky One airdate:30/07/96

Sam's a real dork, he's being beaten up by his big sister on a cross-country trip with the family.

RATING:7/10 - Sam is amusing as a 13 year old kid


8.5 Months:15th November, 1955

Sam is 16 - and pregnant! There are some desperate moments in this episode. Some interesting conversation about whether Sam's body leaps.

RATING:7/10 - Don't panic!


Future Boy:6th October, 1957

As Future Boy Sam has to stop Captain Galaxy actor Moe Stein from getting committed to a mental institution for his ideas on time travel.

RATING:8/10 - Love the last letter


Private Dancer:6th October, 1979

Sky One airdate:02/08/96

Sam is a Chippendale and leaps in on-stage! After getting over the embarresment he finds he has to help a deaf woman become a dancer.

RATING:6.5/10 - Happy ending, as always.


Piano Man:10th November, 1985

Sky One airdate:05/08/96

Sam is a piano player and his ex-girlfriend tracks him down to try and tell herself she no longer loves him. However, someone doesn't like them being together and they have to run from an assassin.

RATING:8.5/10 - Nice song and some good action, almost a thriller.


Southern Comfort:4th August, 1961

Sam is the proprietor of a "house of joy". Al liked this leap! Sam must help a girl who doesn't belong there.

RATING:7/10 - This episode is saved by Al's character


Glitter Rock:12th April, 1974

Sky One airdate:06/08/96

Sam is the lead sing of a rock group and has to save himself from being killed after a show.

RATING:8/10 - Great music, it's great when Al's on the stage.


A Hunting We Will Go:18th June, 1976

Sky One airdate:07/08/96

Sam is a bounty hunter bringing in a slippery suspect, who tries numerous times to escape.

RATING:7/10 - Amusing in parts


Last Dance Before An Execution:12th May, 1971

Sky One airdate:08/08/96

Sam is about to be electrocuted in the electric chair! His task is not as clear as it seems.

RATING:7.5/10 - Nerve-racking! Nice bit with Al when he tries to find the bullet


Heart Of A Champion:23rd July, 1955

Sky One airdate:09/08/96

Sam is a tag-team wrestler and has to stop his partner and brother from fighting in a title fight or he will die of a heart attack.

RATING:7/10 - Had it's moments


Nuclear Family:26th October, 1962

Sky One airdate:12/08/96

Sam leaps into the middle of the Cuban missile crisis and has to stop a neighbour from getting shot.

RATING:7/10 - A bit boring at times


Shock Theatre:3rd October, 1954

Sky One airdate:13/08/96

Sam leaps into a person in a mental institution and recieves shock treatment, which causes all the different personalities of the people he's leaped into to show themselves. This makes it difficult for Al to contact Sam and they may lose contact with him.

RATING:8/10 - Great alphabet rap :)
